1. What is a Domain BackOrder?
Our Domain Backorder service lets you secure a domain as soon as it becomes available. It includes monitoring, tracking, and one year of registration once the domain is successfully acquired.
2. How Do I BackOrder a Domain Name?
Search for a domain name using our Domain Name Search or the “Register New Domain” page from your Vooju account. If the domain name is currently registered it may qualify for BackOrder.
Click the “BackOrder” button next to the domain name to proceed with the BackOrder Process.
3. What Happens when I BackOrder a Domain Name?
Our Domain Backorder service lets you secure a domain as soon as it becomes available. It includes monitoring, tracking, and one year of registration once the domain is successfully acquired.
4. How much is this BackOrder Service?
The BackOrder service includes a 20 SGD service fee and domain registration fees and is subject to availability. Acquisition depends on the domain being released by its current owner. The service does not guarantee acquisition.
5. What Happens if the Acquisition Fails?
If the acquisition fails, there is a 10 SGD fee for use of the service to cover monitoring and other costs, the remaining amount is refunded to your Prepayment Credit and can be used for future payments.
6. How long will this BackOrder Service take?
The BackOrder service is valid for a 2-month period.
