How to Renew Your Domain
You don’t need to wait until the exact day your domain expires. Renewing early simply adds 1 or 2 years to your current expiration date without losing any remaining days.
Log In: Log into your Vooju Account Admin Panel.
Select Your Domains: Click on My Domains in the left-hand navigation menu to view your active portfolio.
Renewal: Check the box next to the domain name(s) you want to extend, and click the Renew link.
Complete Payment: Follow the on-screen checkout instructions. Choose Credit Card for instant processing or Cheque/FAST/Bank Transfer (processed within 1 business day).
Frequently Asked Renewal Questions
Can I cancel my domain name renewal?
Domain name renewals cannot be cancelled. The domain name registration can be cancelled and the domain name will be deleted, but payment is completely non-refundable
What happens if my domain has already expired?
If your domain passes its expiration date, it enters a expired/deleted lifecycle before being released back to the general public.
Month 1 (Expired Status): Your website and emails will stop working, but Vooju can renew your domain at normal renewal fee. Once renewed, your domain name status will show as “ACT” and you will need to wait for your DNS to propagate before your website and email starts working normally again.
Month 2 (Deleted Status): If you see the status of your domain name is pendingDelete, your domain has moved into the SGNIC registry deletion loop. To rescue it, a Reactivation Fee applies on top of the standard renewal fee.
What if I choose not to pay the reactivation surcharge?
If the reactivation fee is not paid before the end of the second month post-expiry, the domain will be permanently purged from the registry and made immediately available for anyone else to register on a first-come, first-served basis.
