To maintain active service status and avoid automated expiration or termination events, all outstanding accounting items must be kept up to date using one of the official clearing frameworks.

Supported Payment Modes

Digital Networks: Real-time billing settlements are supported via Credit Card, PayNow and verified Cryptocurrency transactions executed straight through your admin invoice portal.

Physical Bank Cheques: Vooju officially accepts standard bank cheques, provided they meet strict clearing criteria: * They must be made out precisely to Vooju Pte Ltd. * They must be denominated completely in Singapore Dollars (SGD). * They must be drawn entirely from a Singapore bank.

Cheque Processing SLA: Vooju strives to process, clear, and update your matching ledger rows or subscription renewals within three (3) working days after the physical cheque payment is received at our facility.

Core Compliance & Processing Rules:

⚠️ Strict Non-Cash Policy: Under no circumstances are Vooju corporate employees or facility staff permitted to accept over-the-counter cash payments, physical cash drop-offs, or walk-in face-to-face money handovers. All payments must must be made through the authorized digital networks or banking structures detailed above.

📋 GST: Vooju does not apply Goods and Services Tax (GST) to any domain registration, web hosting product, or proxy administrative service package at this time. The gross price populated on your dashboard invoice represents the final net amount due.

🎛️ Custom Dedicated Server Hosting

For enterprise applications, high-traffic database environments, or specialized resource allocations that exceed standard shared hosting limits, Vooju provisions isolated physical server solutions.

Bespoke Infrastructure

Plan Definition: Dedicated Server Hosting is treated strictly as a custom hosting plan. Hardware configurations, CPU threads, RAM allocations, high-speed storage matrices, and dedicated network bandwidth lines are tailored uniquely to each corporate infrastructure footprint.

Consultation Requirement: As these setups require custom provisioning and hardware mapping, they cannot be purchased directly out-of-the-box from the standard online storefront.
